Our professional counsellors, psychotherapists  are trained to work closely with you to enable you to explore thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours that affect your life negatively.

Our therapists are both accredited and pre accredited members of the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and IAHIP (Irish association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy. Our therapists have many years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings. Therapists provides support to those suffering from a number of issues which include mental health, addiction, loss/grief and suicidal/self harming.

All therapists have received comprehensive training in assessment, Cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic and person centred therapy.

In clinical practice the therapist takes an integrative approach to working with people. Drawing on different psychotherapy approaches to provide interventions adapted to the individuals.
